I love Jesus. And I am learning more and more everyday about what that really means. And when I say I am learning, I really am. Which means I make mistakes, I struggle, and I fail. But the best thing about those experiences is learning to let Jesus love me despite it all.
I love my family which consists of my parents, 1 brother, 3 sisters & a lovely golden retriever, Lucy. My sisters are my best friends & I can honestly say I do not know where I would be without them. My brother is someone I look up to daily & he challenges me to think in a way not typically seen. My parents are my heroes & I owe so much of who I am to their constant love, support, and example.
I live in Lancaster, PA & am completely surrounded by Amish. I cherish the strong sense of Mennonite heritage I grew up surrounded by & am humbled by the faith that came from so many before me.
I like spending my days being with people, but if I am not I like reading, watching movies, & talking walks barefoot down our lane.
I strive to live my life to glorify Christ Jesus, & sometimes I am seized by the fear of what that could possibly cost. The God I serve is so very big & the world He created was meant to be discovered & loved by the ones He created it for.
I am so blessed & humbled by the very small part I am able to play in The Story.
