If you are reading this blog then you know a little something about the World Race… I am THRILLED to announce that I will be on the September(r3) World Race! This was an unexpected decision in my life but that is how our God works sometimes eh? I have been on 3 short term mission trips to Johannesburg, South Africa & Lemoru, Kenya and always thought that I would return there as soon as I graduated but GOD had different plans…
A few things about myself
I am the youngest of 3, I have 2 older brothers (So naturally Im spoiled rotten)
I am a graduating(August) Senior at Texas A&M University (WHOOP!)
I was raised an "Air Force brat" but I call home Crockett, Texas
I love being outside
I have trouble saying no to a new challenge
I LOVE to eat delicious food (My grandmother is a better cook than yours
)
My perfect day involves being at my families lake house without cell phone reception, fishing for dinner and visiting on the back porch.
I love to dance and have literally danced until the sunrise before
I once had dreadlocks
some of my best friends are also my brothers and cousins
I am extremely blessed by relationships with my family in Christ
I tend to lose control of the volume of my voice when I am really excited.
I cherish a hot cup of coffee
My Mother is 4'9" and I fondly call her "Midge"
I ran a half marathon in 2010 with my Dad & my Best Friend
I have been to Africa on 3 different mission trips that changed my life forever, so I cannot wait for the WORLD RACE!!
