Life is so overwhelming that it gets so easy to forget why we are here. The past couple months I feel like I have been going lightning speed with work and fundraising, which are both pretty important, but I totally lost my focus. It wasn’t until tonight while watching the movie “Do You Believe?” (If you haven’t seen it, put it on your list of things to do) that I really sat back and just cried while my heart broke for the lost.

How many people do we pass every single day and we don’t say a word? Everybody does their best to put a smile on and hold their head high while they’re in public to mask what is going on at home or what they’re feeling inside. The man next to you in the check out line at walmart could be suffering from depression, the teenager you don’t give a second thought about as you walk past never knew their dad and longs to feel loved, and we would never notice because we are too busy. Everybody around us is dying on the inside. The things we are more focused on, are they really that important?

When is the last time you prayed for God to break our hearts for what breaks His? When is the last time that your heart started to break and you actually did something about it? When is the last time you stopped to listen for His voice?

He is waiting to use us!! Nothing on this earth matters more than souls, and every single day we pass by hundreds, if not thousands, of souls, and we don’t give it a second thought. That is sickening to me! Don’t you want to see revival break out?

I DO!! I DO!! I DO!!

I want to see Jesus rock people’s socks off! I want to see people being healed in the middle of Target. I want to see alcoholics delivered!

Why are we keeping this amazing gift to ourselves? C’mon guys. It’s time to stand up and remember why we are here.

 Let’s do this thaaaang!
