Its graduation season!!!! On Friday when I came back home from my second families house.. I was told I cant look in the front yard, back yard or on the sides of the house. Now every morning when I get up I like to open the blinds and lift up the shades to see the sun and watch the cars pass by. But I could not do that.. So on Sunday afternoon after church my dad tell me to be ready at a certain time and wear a really nice shirt. So the time came I grabbed my purse and we rushed out the door and I looked up and there were sings on the front lawn that says “Congratulations Grad” and a personal sings from my senior photos with my cap and gown. I was in shock then I still think we are leaving but I was wrong. My dad has table set up behind the car 3 outside chairs and two totes. Then I hear horns honking and i look to my left and a row of cars drive pass and their windows says Congratulations KIRA. So many emotions ran through my mind it did not hit me that I’M FINISHED.. I MADE IT!!!! Until I saw the parade of me. Afterwards I drove to Mrs. Shandreka’s home and they had a whole party for me I really enjoyed my self. 🙂
Then Tuesday came my birthday I STILL CAN’T BELIEVE THAT I AM 18!!!! I had a birthday breakfast after that I was stuffed. Then an hour later my dad told me to be ready by 12 sharp. Thats because Krispy Kreme was giving out free doughnuts… man was I excited but when we got to the widow they said they weren’t going to sell any until 4pm. So, Mr. D parked the car and took me in and brought me a box (THANK YOU Mr. D)Afterwards I came back home and I couldn’t go in the back yard nor the kitchen. Then I started to play a game on the X-Box about an hour into the game i received a text that says Hey Kira be ready by 7 tonight dinner will be held outside. The tie came around I came down stairs but, I had to look at the floor and once I stepped outside I was very surprised it was gorgeous. Tented back yard, hanging lights, music and lighted tiki pit and games as well. A special surprise came as well that came from Tiana so she call my sister via video which was a amazing surprise not just for me but my parents as well. (Thank you again Tiana!!!) But the surprises just keep coming later that night my second mom made this huge Cannoli Cake for me and it tasted so lovely. After that it started to rain and I was told to go out front and i came through the gate and there is was a CAR JUST FOR ME WITH A BIG RED BOW ON TOP!!!!!!! I cried so much but when I looked inside i was beyond blessed and I am still in shocked!!!!! ( THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO HELPED AND PUT THIS HUGE GIFT TOGETHER FOR ME!!!!!!)
