HEEEEYYYY!!!
I just wanted to send you all a quick update on what’s happenin’ here!
Today is the day I have been preparing for since March; the day I leave with my squad to head off to our first of 11 countries, South Africa! I leave in the early evening for the long but direct flight to SA. My team will be staying in Cape Town and doing ministry at Kingdom Sports Ministry!!! For those of you that know me, you know that this is perfect for me! I love knowing that I can use sports (specifically soccer) to show people the love of Jesus. Sports as a ministry tool absolutely excites me so very much and it makes my heart jump for joy. I look forward to seeing what the Lord does in me, through me, for me, and around me in SA this month. I am certain that this is going to be a great year, filled with many good times and hard times. But all will be great for my faith journey with the Lord and I really am excited about what God has in store for these 11 months…and beyond!
