 This building we weren’t sure what it was used for?  In Spanish it means, “wine cellar”.

I remember that was a lot of bananas leafs to cut-down to size.  I never worked so long on preparing just 1 meal, as I did that day.

We enjoyed being apart of their day–even though it was very hot. 
 
Family we stayed with: Daniel (Ruth’s son) playing w/other family members and friends while we made the Tamale’s.

If you got to close to this little girl, she would start fussing.  If you got really close to her, she would start crying.  One big thing we learned = White people are kind of scary to the little ones!
