What I loved about   is I got to…

…experience going from 8 months of summer to the bitter cold season of winter.
… run as a busy lady all day, everday.

…do lots of out-reaches
…promote a X-Mas service to the community.

…play football until the wee hours of the night!  It was freezing cold & I tripped over the cones (amongst other falls) & did not score once!  They assured me, I was still a good player.
…know a new Christian organization & help them in their long-term work.

…have X-Mas in a foreign country!
…see Jen in some awful match of shoes w/the skirt.

…clean more than I ever have in my entire life!  & with color-coated cleaning supplies!
…meet a remarkable scholar from Speakers Corner, who we also studied under.

…see artifacts supporting the biblical accounts in the magnificant British Museum & Library.  Ex. The Rosetta Stone
…stamp hundreds of Christian leaflets.

…pray with/for a sad, drunk grandpa.
…go to Hillsong, more than once!

…run circles around chairs & do ~500 jumping jacks, just to get a work-out.
…take part in a full inventory of Christian literature.

…see healing of a squad-mate.
…help move people to & fro when the time called for it.

…have a much better New Years, watching the fire-works take flight all around the city from Camden Hill.
…spend a day in Notting Hill, see God cross our paths with people throughout the day, & ended with a “Wicked” show.

…talk British & go to a Pub.
…have Sunday morning service @ Westminister Abbey & I got to talk to the pastor, aka holy woman of God, who spoke that morning.  It was a great sermon!

…string pop-corn & decorate the X-Mas tree.
…open presents & wear a Santa hat.

…meet & talk to more strangers than I ever have in my entire life!
…debate with random people in Speaker Corner.

…have a request to sing in the streets of London (all for an elderly man).
…get losted on a bus–the worst bus in London.  Cursed at because of missing my stop.  Listened to a preacher on the bus & how cruel some people were to him.  He was at one point coughing & a man commented, “I hope he dies.”   I also witnessed a man yelling at the driver to move faster because he had to get to the hospital.  He bullied the driver & that is a big no, no.  The driver threated him that he would call the police.  It wasn’t his fault people were protesting about the conflict going on with Israel & Palestine & causing traffic jams.  The man decided to exit the bus b/c he couldn’t take it anymore.  He yelled to get off (not a designated stop, mind you) & since the driver refused, he went on to press the emergency button to get his way.

…to talk with your random Jehovah Witness & Muslim.  Especially random Muslims.  This city is by far, the most diverse one I have ever been to.
…walk in Freedom & Fearlessness more here than anywhere, in a long time.

…sang for the first time, in front of my whole squad for X-Mas.  I haven’t done that in 4 years!  I am “dusting off my instrument” & walking in the gift God has given me.  & I am looking into Music Schools…  =)

The End.  Enjoy the random pictures…I need sleep, so I guess you can figure out where we are & what were doing!
