We just landed in the Philippines, and we got a look into what all we’ll be a part of this month, and it’s AMAZING. There’s so much this organization here needs help with! We’ll be doing all sorts of things such as:

Infant care, playing with children in a local home who have been abandoned and abused, constructing a much needed highschool, feeding local children who would only eat once a day otherwise, preparing food to hand out, sharing the gospel in the slums, sports ministry, helping with infant delivery at the local clinic and a lot more!

This place is so incredible, and I’m so excited to be a part of everything they’re doing here, however, I’m short on the funding I need. I need $1,025 by the 30th of this month to continue on the Race and $5,725 to be fully funded.

I’m going to tell you the truth. Since the beginning I’ve really hated fundraising. It isn’t easy. It requires bravery and trust and a whole lotta faith. I’m starting to see it differently though. Fundraising is ministry. It wouldn’t be possible to reach the Nations without donors, and it gives others the opportunity to be a part of what God is doing through this ministry here in the Philippines and not only here, but in all the countries I have visited and will visit without even leaving their home. Not only that, but God just keeps revealing his faithfulness through it all. He’s teaching me how to have a heart full of praise even when things are rough, he’s teaching me how to step out and ask for what I need even though it’s hard, and he’s teaching me how to choose joy no matter what. I’ve been so joyful the last few days. I had a dream for the Race, for missions and now I’m looking at a possible end to that dream. Why should I be joyful? It may be hard for some to understand, but God is teaching me to trust him and choose joy even when it doesn’t seem reasonable. His Will will always be done. As long as I’m pursuing him and his kingdom, it will always be ok.

That being said, I’d like to ask you to be a part of this really cool thing God is doing here in the Philippines by making a donation of ANY amount. Nothing is to small when it comes to the kingdom of God. So here are a few things you can support me in this month:

Food : $5 per day = $150 for 30 days

Lodging: $5 per day = $150 for 30 days

Local T: $2 per day = $60 for 30 days

Long Distance Travel = $50 per month (this gets me from my ministry place to the airport to fly out)

There’s also transportation between countries which varies. It takes up the majority of funds.

Would you be willing to pay for my food this month? How about lodging or transportation? I’m thankful for the donations that have come in, and I’m excited to see how God is going to provide over the next couple of days! Thank you for reading my blogs and keeping up with what God’s been doing this year through me and through your donations, and thank you all for the prayers and encouragement!
