Oh man where do I begin? I have been through A LOT in the last 10 days, but even more in the past 24 hours. I have had so many emotions run through me and am exhausted in more ways than I thought were even possible… so to follow is a list of everything I have cried about in the last 24 hours to show you just how all over the place my emotions are
- I left WR TC
- I had to say see you later to my E-Squad Family
- I flew out of ATL
- I landed in Dallas
- I said see you later to Rebekah and Coleman in Dallas
- I left Dallas
- I landed in Denver
- I got on the train at DIA
- I got off the train at DIA
- I saw my mom at baggage claim
- I got my big pack off the baggage claim carousel
- I saw my puppy
- I went to sleep in my bed
- I woke up in my bed
- I woke up not surrounded by my E-Squad Family
- My puppy snuggled with me
- I flushed a toilet
- I took a shower with warm and running water
- I got in my car
- I drove my car
- I put gas in my car
- I listened to the radio
- One of my Squad Coaches commented on my Facebook post
- I went to church
- I got to worship with my Lighthouse Family
- I used one of the pens I used at TC to take sermon notes
- My Pastor prayed over us
- My Pastor said something in his sermon that was said a few times at TC
- I took Communion
- I snuggled my Pastor’s little boy
- I attempted to talk a little about my TC experience
- I thought about going back to work and seeing my babies and coworkers
- My neighbor’s little boys gave me money to put towards my World Race
So as you can see I am emotional mess and probably will be for the next few days/weeks as I keep processing through my experiences at TC… and that is ok, because I haven been through so much in a short amount of time.
I will be posting a few blogs in the next week about some of the things I learned/experienced at TC, so be on the look out for those
Fundraising Update:
I am sitting at about $8,000 (I still have some of it at home, so that’s why my fundraising bar doesn’t say $8,000)
