the world race….what to expect?
I honestly don’t know. I’ve been around the cross-cultural block a bit, but nothing to this extent.
I guess that if i had to expect something it would be;
to grow spiritually
to make friends
to get eaten up by bugs i’ve never seen before
to experience the beauty of God’s creation
to get frustrated at language barriers
to see the spirit move in ways that both amaze me and make me uneasy
to change in such a way that I am ruined for an ordinary life
things you can be praying for:
-support is coming in REALLY slowly
-my mother is not at all excited to see my sister and i both leave for a year
