The other day when I asked myself/God what my passions were, He lead me to think about many different areas in my life. I wrote out a list of the things that I would love to do sometime in life. Some things are things I could do right now and others are things that would take something more to accomplish.

My list contained five major areas of passion with many different groupings inside each. The major areas included Worship, Community, Art, Adventure, and “Tent Making. I’ll go into more detail in another blog so that I can more adequately explain each.

When I look at all of these things I see how God could weave them together, and that is just in my own human knowledge. I know that with God things will be different yet much better than I could ever imagine! For example, where I wanted to be at 30 compared to what my life is now, is so different, yet I would not trade the two!

It is difficult at times to have all these things swirling around my head. There’s so much I want to do in life! As I have been praying about it, God gave me a picture of mountains. When you look at mountains from far away all you can see is one large range. Yet when you come closer to the mountain you see that it is many peaks and valleys stretched over miles and miles of area.

God has given me dreams and desires and I can see many of the things that God is going to do in my life, but it all does not need to be accomplished right away. I am in the midst of one thing right now, looking forward to the next. I am excited to see what God has for me. I am excited to step forward in obedience, whatever that looks like!
