Changing locations has been a constant on the race and today was no different. We packed up all our stuff and moved what was supposed to be 10 kilometers, but it seemed much further. Jaco had to drive back and forth 4 times which took a heavy toll on him. He feels like he has malaria again…for the 34th time! Our new location is at a church and has “better facilities”…which means there are 4 enclosed areas for going to the bathroom which are just around the corner. There are not as many children here…I’m sad about that, especially because I had just started to get attached to some of the kids. Plus their were some older boys that I could teach English to. We are now in a location that is more open, but it has the same corn fields and grass huts and dirt.
When we got here we were greeted by another thing I expected in Africa…singing. The ladies sang a beautiful song, African style, and then prayed for us…it was amazing. They proceeded to sing for at least the next hour if not longer. They also started to do a couple of different dances along with the singing!
Once again we are here waiting. Since it took longer for us to get everyone here, and then Jaco was so exhausted, we have not gone for ministry today…SHOCKING! Hopefully tomorrow we will get to go do skits at a school and then play soccer in the afternoon…we’ll see!

Psalm 107
Oh, thank God – He’s so good! His love never runs out. All of you set free by God, tell the world! Tell how he freed you from oppression, then rounded you up from all over the place, from the four winds, from the seven seas.
