Hello friends! My name’s Kim, but you probably already know that. Currently, I’m a sophomore studying Child, Adult, & Family Services at Iowa State University (for now…it’s probably going to change). Here are a few – actually a lot – of my favorite things, just to get to know me a little: warm sweatshirts, fuzzy socks, Christmas lights, candles, coffee, tea, really bad puns, hiking, sleeping, swing dancing, ice skating, rollerblading, watching movies, reading The Lord of the Rings/Narnia, singing loud, jammin’ to music while driving, playing with kids, doing crazy spontaneous things, and LAUGHING. I seriously love laughing. I’m firmly a dog person. Cats are no bueno (but of course there are exceptions to every rule). My favorite color changes on the daily, but usually stays within the solid spectrum of red, forest green, blue, light purple, and burgundy. I’ve known about Jesus all my life. I’ve known him personally since high school. I’m in love with him. For some crazy reason I don’t understand most of the time, he loves my broken mess and calls me his beloved, and slowly (but surely) he is becoming mine. And so, when he says, “Come,” I do my best to follow.
