This video is from the squad that just returned from their World Race. It will give you just a glimpse of what I will be doing next year. They left in July ’08 and just returned. They leave in their path lives who may have never experienced love, at least not love that didn’t require something in return. They leave lives changed for the better, but maybe not by our standards. Our standards would require moving into bigger homes and some didn’t move into homes at all and still live on the street. But their lives are better for being shown they are valuable and worthy and that there is a God who loves them for who they are right where they’re at. Their lives are better for they have been introduced to the love of Jesus. And the racers lives will never be the same again. This video has sparked the passion God has lit in me and has been smoldering, but is igniting. The countries and people may be different from where I’m going, but the experience will be the same. I will be meeting broken, lonely, unloved people and I will never be the same.
