I am a member of the LIME TEAM now!!! After much prayer, I decided that a switch to the Lime Team would challenge me and allow for more personal growth. I am sad to leave my blue team (my family), but we will have plenty of time together over the next 4 months.
The Lime Team was a team of 3 and needed a fourth person to race and minister with. I am the long lost 4th. I already feel right at home. We have had some crazy adventures over the past 3 days!! Camping on the deck of a ferry, sleeping at the train station, singing for money, eating a lot of white bread, camping on the beach, and walking almost a mile with our backpacks on.
Let the South African adventures begin.
I feel very fortunate to be a part of the this team!!! I look forward to seeing what God does through us over the next 4 months.
We are on our way to Athens today to get the rules and challenges for the upcoming race. The race begins tomorrow!!! GO LIME!
