Let the Traveling begin! We (all 21 World Racers) arrived in Split, Croatia this morning. It was sad to leave our beautiful Island Paradise, but we know that God has more beautiful places and fun times ahead of us. We attended church (where a few of us taught Sunday School) this morning and are now waiting to board our first (out of 3 ) ferries. We set sail tonight towards Ancona, Italy. We will hop off of one fairy and board another to Athens, Greece tomorrow. We will stay in Athens for a few days where we will follow in Paul’s footsteps…every missionaries DREAM!!! After Athens, we will board another ferry to Turkey. I think we will all be thankful to arrive in Turkey and put our backpacks (our VERY HEAVY backpacks) down for a few days.
I just wanted to update the masses on my whereabouts at the moment. The next few weeks are going to be a time of learning and reflecting. I am looking forward to that. Please know that you are all in my thoughts and prayers.
