Jenny England. Her birthday was yesterday and for the 2nd year in a row I forgot… I know I know, I feel terrible! Jenny is one of my very best friends and she is AMAZING! I could go on and on about how very amazing she is but in honor of her 26th birthday I will tell you 26 ways Jenny is in fact… AMAZING:
1) She loves Jesus and lives her life all out for Him!
2) When Jenny asks how you are doing she REALLY wants to know… she isn’t just asking because it is polite
3) She is super intelligent
4) She can destroy 99.9% of the world in soccer… that is a special goalie!
5) She is a great roommate
6) She is a dog person
7) Jenny loves well. OOO
8) She can make anyone laugh
9) Jenny has a way of making everyone she comes in contact with feel comfortable and accepted
10) She has an incredible gift of encouragement
11) She forgives without question. GRACE is a fruit she possesses abundantly.
12) She is a HOTTIE and always looks beautiful but is beautifully humble.
13) There are very very few times that Jenny isn’t smiling… I think she smiles in her sleep… and her smile lights up cities!
14) Jenny loves IHop. (Our regular date spot when we are in the same country.)
15) She has left her home, her friends and family, everything she owns to serve God through and organization called CURE this year. And like everyone else, they have fallen in love with her.
16) She is always up for an adventure.
17) She is crazy talented at just about everything she tries… but she would never admit it.
18) She is a mac girl!
19) She never fails to leave a conversation without telling me she loves me.
20) She is in a time zone close to my current time zone… this makes skyping much easier!
21) She likes the movie “Legands of the Fall”
22) She gives awesome, thoughtful gifts.
23) She is incredibly relational and has a gift for connecting with people.
24) She builds and paints furniture.
25) She enjoys being healthy and inspires others to be healthy too!
26) She, unlike me, would NEVER forget anyone’s birthday.
Jenny, I love all of these things and more about you. I am blessed to call you friend and sister! I’m so sorry that I forgot… again… and I can only hope that next year I can celebrate with you.
