Hello again blog readers. I have finally made the time to sit down and write to you again. There is so much to do and time has never been scarcer. So in 24 days I will be driving to Gainesville, Georgia to meet my squad mates and start my ‘Adventures In Missions’  😀 . In the next 23 day there is a lot that needs to get done. Lots of gear to purchase, letters to be sent, presentations to prepare and present, fundraising to be done, work, and if there is time; sleep.

I am both frantic and at peace. I know that it will all work out but my natural relaxed laid back, go-with-the-flow attitude will also get me into trouble if I don’t stay on top of it. One of the most important things is that I need to reach $3,500 in my funds raised technically, by 9/25/15.

Once my socks are blessed off at Training camp I will start fretting over the other Deadlines. The next one being 12/18/15 and $10,000 for those curious readers.

To finish, I wanted to share my devotion for today which was titled “Missionary Predestinations”. The verse was Isaiah 49:5 “And now, saith the Lord, that formed me from the womb to be His servant.” This reminds me why I signed up for this trip. I was created by God for His purpose and if “God so loved the world…” John 3:16, how can I do any less? I am going to show and share the love that the Father has for all nations and all people.
