Hello family and friends back home – most of you in the icy and snow covered mitten!

It has been far too long since an update, and I truly apologize for that. Allow me to work through a few blogs and I invite you to take a moment to check each of them out. (India Part 3, Thailand Update, Logistics!)

First up is the most current events happening within the R Squad family: Team Changes! The past three months on the field in India, Nepal and Thailand have been absolutely fantastic and I cannot think of a better group of individuals I could’ve spent that time with. All good things typically must come to an end, and fortunate for me, I have been INCREDIBLY BLESSED once again with another outstanding lineup of teammates.

I will be serving alongside former teammates Myers and Candace Bruce, and new teammates Marie Olson, Lindsay Armstrong and one of my best friends Howard Henry. This is a pretty powerful group of Christ followers who I will learn and grow alongside substantially during the next several months. I truly couldn’t be more excited.

As you may have noticed, the scheduled plan for what countries we visit and when seems to change more often than not. This trend continues, as we will be jumping south to the Kingdom of Cambodia for our seventh month of ministry, before trekking back to Laos in February.

International Orphan Aid is the organization that we will serve alongside, specifically within the Bykota House and the base located in Phnom Penh, founded and managed daily by an American family a few years ago. Their mission statement: Caring for orphans and abandoned children as God's hands and feet bringing help in their time of need.  James 1:27

This combination – new team, new country, new ministry – has me so refreshed and renewed for what the Lord has in store for us in the coming days and weeks. As we move through month seven of our 11 month journey around the world, I will be more active in keeping you up to speed on what is happening in Cambodia.

In the meantime, your prayer support and encouragement for me and my team, all of R squad and everyone involved in this worldwide mission would be greatly appreciated. We are blessed to have the opportunity to serve and I cannot wait to get it started.

Talk to you soon…

Love,

Kev
