It’s time for me to rise to the challenge. It’s time for me and a group of others to BE the church.
No longer will I sit back and expect someone else to take care of others needs.
No longer will I detach myself from those suffering but I will suffer with them.
No longer will there be a gap between me and the lonely.
No longer will I consider following Jesus to be safe and comfortable.
No longer will I let complacency get the best of me.
No longer will I view being nice a spiritual fruit.
No longer will I drown out the groans of a world.
No longer will I see Christianity as a lifestyle but as my identity
No longer will I play church
I will risk like there’s no tomorrow
I will see time as if I’m already dead
I will lose everything to win others for God
I will not back down from my beliefs
I will seek out the darkness and let my light shine
I will be the peacemaker
I will BE the church
My team will be persecuted
My team will be refined in the fire
My team will be tested
My team will persevere
My team will be questioned
My team will answer the call to BE the church
I challenge you to support my team
I challenge you to pray for my team
I challenge you to answer God’s calling in your own life
I challenge you to get out of self-indulgence
I challenge you to be on my team whether overseas or in my backyard
I challenge you to BE the church with me
