I strongly believe that we are the hands and feet of the kingdom of God. I was thinking about this principle yesterday while waiting for my mother to pick me up to go to lunch. While we were driving, she told me she wanted me to listen to a bunch of songs that have been revived themselves in her playlist and remind her of the journey I am about to go on. Most of these songs were from when I was a kid and I vividly remember hearing them over and over again. One of the first songs just so happened to exclaim, "I want to be Your hands. I want to be Your feet. I'll go where You send me." It got me thinking…
I absolutely need a solid foundation of support here, first, in order for me to accomplish the goal that has been set before me. I will need prayer and encouragement. Prayer being the most important. But I also need to raise $14,800 to be able complete The World Race. $6,000 of that has to be raised before I leave on August 1. My natural tendency is to try to do everything on my own. This time, I can't do it on my own. I will work as hard as possible to get what I can accomplished but, I NEED YOUR HELP!
