He put this breath in my lungs! Life in my soul! And joy in my heart! He rescued me from my own selfishness and confusion!

But if my goal is me, I am my own limitation.
Are you caught up in your own imperfection and strive to make it,
Or are you consumed with the fluency of Gods kingdom working all around you through the people He loves? Since Jesus loved, cared for, and died for everyone, why should we act like only certain people deserve our time, attention, and affection?
Because every person is hearing lies from Satan who comes to steal, kill and destroy. How much power are we giving Him by leaving things in silence? People need to be set free. To hear the truth. To bring the darkness to the light!
You are seen. You matter. You are heard. Do my actions tell other people that though? Or do my actions and motives make the loud proclamation that I matter more?
My convenience, my desires, my voice, my opinion, my preference?
Because the thing is- people matter to God! Every individual soul! So people should matter to me! Everywhere I go! In a big way, God sees people, not circumstances. He sees hearts, not actions.
I believe we stay silent in areas that we see as wasted. Areas that we don’t understand why God allowed them, we block out and disregard. But NOTHING IS WASTED! He brings it all to the light of His hope! Hope is confident expectation in something. So is our hope really in the Lord? We have all authority on heaven in earth given to us by the Father- why do we not live like it!? God’s truth is SO MUCH LOUDER than our doubtful fears and timidity!
Take victory in what you’ve learned, what Gods brought you through, the hurdles you’ve overcome! Nothing in our life is wasted. What does that mean? It means that God doesn’t leave any hopeless dark area in our past or in our life! He restores the darkest parts- he meets us there. There is nothing in our past that he wanted silenced except the enemy’s lies themselves!
But silencing those lies has to be actively done!
I believe God is equipping our generation for war. I believe the isolating captivity that entangles us is satan’s greatest weapon at this point in time. In those silences of “learning to be independent” and “figure out your life on your own”, satan conceals truth with fears. The truth is Jesus loves exposure! Because in His light there is so fear- perfect love casts out fear!
I’m in love with God’s truth! It demolishes strongholds and EVERY pretense that sets itself up against the gospel of Christ.
So, this little light of mine? OH I’m gonna let it shine! I will not let satan blow it out or hide it! Because our light as believers is too bright, too valuable, too impacting, to be hidden. When people experience the Lord through that light, the FREEDOM flowing from us as Christians- they are set free themselves.
When things are kept silent, they are in the dark.
In the dark, people cannot see the truth.
Without seeing that truth, they cannot know what it is.
And without knowing the truth, they cannot be set free.
What does this light look like? Freedom. Freedom from shame, guilt, condemnation! Because Jesus, HIS GRACE! It covered it all, everything!
So bring your own potato to Chili’s and ask them to bake it for you because they don’t have em’!
Take your traffic ticket to court just for the experience!
Call the Hindu girl you met at the rec every time you pass a cow on the road!
Share your testimony with the guy who is running around the track next to you!
Because people need to see the freedom we have in Christ! How it makes us new creations, never again to bind ourselves to guilt and shame!
So come on! Live in the light! It’s where you were made to thrive, not strive!
