Our ministry this month has been unpredictable. I would have wrote earlier but it’s hard to keep track in what we do because we’ve done everything. I have absolutely loved this month of ministry. Not only was I with woman all month but I really enjoyed the Thai culture. Will I ever come back? Only time/ God will say.

As I mentioned before in a blog I am in Ubon Ratchathani and we have been working with a local church to reach surrounding areas and to encourage other believers. We have been doing so many different ministries and going to many different cities it’s hard to keep up. All I know it’s been long days but the people here are so generous and kind that you tend to forget that your tired.

Our main job has been to encourage the believers and to build up the youth. It’s been incrediable to work side by side with the youth and to see their passion for the Lord.

Most of the time our team needs to be ready to lead songs, do a drama and have a testimony ready. The biggest lesson I have been learning is always be ready to speak. In 1 Peter 3:15 it says, “But in your hearts set apart Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give
an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that
you have. But do this with gentleness and respect.”

As a team we have taught English, taught seminars to the youth, led compassion kids group on Saturdays and Sundays, evagelize and hand out bibles to different communities, went on hospital visits for addicts, painted the new youth room, and done big night programs for communities. And this week we will be helping to build a house for someone from the church.

It’s been a incrediable jammed pack month and I cannot believe it’s almost over. In a week I will be heading to Kenya, Africa. Rice month 3 has been a great experience with a mix of it’s hard moments as well but for sure I have been stretch.
