I have a confession… I was a huge age snob. Ever since I was
young, I would never associate with anyone who was younger then me. So, it is
no coincidence that the Lord put me on the youngest team of individuals in the
Philippines.
Right away, my new team found out that I had a problem with
age. However, time has a way to change you. Soon, this rough exterior broke
down and I realized that I need these people.
The truth is…
AGE DOES NOT
MATTER!
I am a blessed woman to know these beautiful teammates of
mine. I have grown so much from them and I am thankful everyday that God put me
on a team with them. I am not saying it has been easy, because really it has
been hard, but every tough moment has been worth it.

Chris
– the youngest, but the most courageous man I know. I
love His passion and charisma. God is preparing Chris for something BIG and He
is preparing an army of people for him to lead. I told Chris before that He is
a Joshua in the making. So, he may be the youngest but God’s hand is defiantly
upon him.
Victoria
– Second youngest, and she is most craziest,
passionate, creative person I know! I love her heart; I love her words of
wisdom. There is so much I can personally learn from Victoria. I love how she
is not shy of teaching “this old dog new tricks.� V is gracious!
Lisa
– Third youngest but is crazy in love with Jesus and is
strong and powerful. Lisa’s words hold power and life. She is able to rock
someone’s world with the revelation of Jesus Christ very quickly. Lisa thinks
outside of the box and is a warrior and lives by truth.
Amanda
– Fourth youngest and has much to offer to anyone who
sits and listen to her. Wisdom comes spilling out of her lips. She takes time
to hear your heart and listens to the truth behind your words. Amanda is open
and completely 100% unique. Amanda is kind, gracious and loving. She has often
given me the benefit of the doubt and been a huge encouragement in my life.
David
– Fifth youngest, who tramples on injustice by the
sound of his words. David has much to say and is always on fire for the Lord.
He has great compassion and love for people. Also, David considers it a joy
minister to the heart of the Lord and lead people into His presence. Love is on
David’s lips and peace goes wherever he treads.
Courtney
-Sixth youngest and is beautiful and lovely person.
Courtney lives an honest life and is always in pursuit of holiness and wants to
live in a way that is worthy of her Lord. She seeks the Lord with everything.
She doesn’t give a part of her heart; she gives the Lord her all. Courtney has
been a comfort to me and has understood my heart when no one else could. I am
very thankful for Courtney and for the friendship that we have.
Don’t let anyone think less of you because you are young. Be
an example to all believers in what you say, in the way you live, in your love,
your faith, and your purity.
