I saw God as I saw my first physical healing at debrief- Nathan now sees the color red
I saw God set me up in a position to be interruptible, I was late, I got to meet a couple who were only asking for food- we gave them prayer as well
I saw Jesus for the first time- he pulled me up and say “Don’t worry, I’ve got it”
I saw God in the rocky shore- powerful, beautiful, awe inspiring
I saw God in my ministry for last week- First Light Coffee Bar is a community in its own
I saw God in the conversations at First Light- not only did I get to share the Gospel, but I got see what God is doing in my life
I saw God in the costumer who gave me seashells- as a present in case this was our last day at First Light
I saw God in getting me fully funded- the minute I truly gave it up to him I was shown how much he could do
I see God in how we share our clothes constantly- somedays I don’t know who’s clothes are who’s
I see God in how welcoming Global has been to us- inviting us to their sessions for their training
I see God in our rooms at night- whether it’s laughter or quiet conversations
I still struggle a lot. I have plenty of bad days and moments when I think of giving up. I wonder if I’m good enough, if I try hard enough, if I believe enough. But then I look at these moments and I remember that’s none of those things matter because it’s not about me it’s about spreading the Kingdom so someone else can see God like I can. So someone’s life can be changed, small or big.
As you all know I’m terrible at ending these so I’m gonna day a HUGE thank you to all of my supporters, both in prayer and donations. I am so taken aback by the love and generosity you have shown me. I will try and post more pictures and blogs! Also I do still have extra T-shirts left over if anyone still wants one (the money would go to getting my dad to Africa for PVT).
