As some of you may have herd, I did not make my first goal of $5,000. It was truly heartbreaking at first because I was more than positive that this is where God was leading me. As I talked to my mobilizer and cried, she mentioned her passport trips.
Now I was set on going on this September route. I loved every place we were going and I had already made such strong bonds with the people going. Unfortunately it just was not in the plan for me. So back to the passport trips; They are 3 month trips with AIM. They have many to choose from and the cost is less. After praying and praying, my heart became heavy with one of the passport trips.
I am excited to say, I will be going to Africa in January 🙂 The $2,000 something I have already made and that you have already donated will be transferred to my new mission trip 🙂
