Never let the things you want make you forget the things you have

Costa Rica has been a once in a life time experience. Every weekend I have the honor of going with my team to kids’ clubs, I have loved getting to play with the children, feeding them lunch, and just making them laugh. It’s so fulfilling knowing that even though you may never see them again, that for a month, you could at least be a light and have honestly helped and loved them. On the week days, we live on the farm doing a lot of manual labor and I honestly love it! I love working with my hands and getting to build, and even though I may never see the full structure it’s still amazing to know that I helped with the process, and worked hard towards something! I am more than amazed for the time to grow to learn more about myself and honestly learning to be more content and confident in who I am. I know that I will continue to grow on this trip and hope that I can continue on.

I am so grateful for the time that I have spent so far on The World Race and I am excited to see what the world has in store! In that I am asking for your help. When I left the U.S.A. I was not fully funded and am currently at $10,720 raised, that is a huge amount raised, thank you so much all who have poured into me!! I have a goal of $13,000 by November that I would love help in prayer for finances to come, but also if anyone has ideas on how to fund raise while overseas I would be so stoked! I have an idea for maybe doing photo books of the race but having a hard time with coming up with a follow through plan. If anyone has any thoughts I would be more then excited to talk to you about it!! Again, thank you so much for everyone who has helped and continue to support me in this adventure! I miss you all tons!

    Muchas gracias!
