As I mentioned in my last blog post, “I am completely blown away by God.” The way He plants seeds (dreams) in your heart and causes them to grow (reality) is insanely amazing.
The Dream: “To travel the world sharing the love of Jesus using photography, video and storytelling.” (Written December 2013) When thinking about this dream there was a small part of me that doubted something like this could ever happen.
The Reality: I will be traveling to 11 countries over this next year sharing the love of Jesus with many and in various ways. Through this blog I will be able to share stories and use my photography to visually document what God is doing all over the world. A few weeks ago the World Race sent out an email announcing that they will be teaming up with Gray Media to shoot a documentary. They will follow and document Route 4’s experience (K Squad) on the race.
Whhhhhhaaaat??!
In this email they were seeking racers who were interested and would consider switching to Route 4 K Squad ( I previously was Route 3, J Squad) to be apart of this project. Thinking over the things God has spoken to and shown me over the years and the little things He has placed in front of me I felt it was a no-brainer for me to switch over. So I prayed about it and here I am! I hope you are as excited as I am. I am extremely floored that God would bring about this opportunity allowing a “far off, I don’t know how this is possible” dream to become a “with God all things are possible reality.” This by no means changes the mission and the purpose for why I originally signed up for the World Race. The focus is still sharing the love of Jesus but it’s so cool how God uses creativity and media as platforms to do just that!
Again, this means that I have been placed on a new team in which I will get to meet them all face to face in 3 weeks for training camp and our route has completely changed. Currently, we only know 9 of the 11 countries we will be traveling to and the WR is still praying about the final 2.

Please pray for my squad and I as we prepare for training camp July 19th and pray for the WR leaders as they prepare to put teams together.
Please pray for guidance as they are still praying about what other 2 countries to go to.
