Because of the amazing generosity of the English couple we met (Nick and Nicky), I was inspired to do a painting for them so they could remember us, to say thank you for the meals they cooked and the service opportunities they facilitated for us.

 
 
The verse I wrote on the back was Mark 10:45 “For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.”
