I have been spending my last few day here in Peru working on several projects. One of those is helping with construction and digging in Los Hardines which is another community where we have been helping. The pastor needs help working on his home and he is literally building his own house. This means laying brick and mixing concrete which is what I helped out with today. The last couple days I have been going with the early crew and getting help with all of this. I have been working digging trenches and holes for sewer lines which this community desperately needs. Here is a video that Rusty Jackson has posted on his blog. I was one of the five people who dug this meter diameter hole that was about a meter and a half deep! This is a permanent thing that will really help this community in the long run.
