MY FIRST BLOG!!!
So blogging….
Yeah I have no earthly idea how to blog but Im going to do it anyways. I will say Ive always wanted to be a “blogger” but free writing? Its just not my cup of tea. First off I made a bubble chart to write this first blog you guys a BUBBLE CHART. I’m taking it back to forth grade right there.
I’m not going to lie I’ve been pretty nervous about writing this blog. I feel like its hard for me to lay out all my thoughts on the computer screen. Reading all the posts from current racers and my squad mates made me feel kind of intimidated. I mean you guys know how to freaking write! Props. But thats what a blog is its about MY thoughts, feelings, and adventures and what the Lord puts on my heart to share. So I have to be brave, trust in the Lord, and have peace.
Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to peace. And be thankful. -Colossians 3:15
So just a warning to you all I depend on spell check, I fail when it comes to grammar, and I use google to look up the definition for words on almost everything I read. I have just come to the realization that this isn’t my strong suit and thats okay because God still loves me! Sorry all you grammar freaks out there!

Here you will be able to follow my squad mates and I as we travel the world, share Gods redeeming and beautiful love, and serve as his hands and feet. I want you to know the miracles I witness and how God is radically changing the lives around me. I want to share my hardships with you as well as my blessings. Most of all I hope you will see a change in me as time progresses. I pray God will captivate my heart and I will feel his presence in my life like I never have before. I strive to be an image of you Lord.
I am beyond excited that God has called me to be apart of the World Race! I know I have so much preparing mentally and physically for this amazing adventure. The only thing I can do is lean on God because I cant do this on my own. The number one thing you can do for me is PRAY. Pray for my fundraising, teammates, spiritual growth, family, safety and every angle of this crazy ride I’m about to embark.
