in the beginning
God created
the heavens and the earth
and it was good;
and God created man
in His own image
each person inherently
created with the capacity
to participate in the Kingdom
in the image of God
He created them
be fruitful and multiply
said the Lord
claim dominion over
the fish and the birds,
over every living thing
that moves on the earth
we serve a creative God;
He invites us
not to be slaves of monotony
but lords of genesis
to edify Him as Creator
by worshipping creatively
and to express Him,
it is good.
