Helloooo yall!
I wanted to share a little bit about myself..
My hometown of 15 years is Hattiesburg, MS. I adore my family very much and don't know what I would do without them! I have two loving parents that fully support me in all that I do, and 3 siblings: 2 older sisters, Lauren, who is married to DJ and Leah, who is married to Matt and a younger brother, Chase.

My home away from home is Oxford, MS where I attend Ole Miss. I'm currently a senior here and apart of Tri Delt sorority. I am an exercise science major (which is kind of an oxymoron considering I haven't "worked out" this whole semester… whooops). I could not have asked for a better college experience! Oxford has been wonderful to me the past 4 years where I have been involved in Cru (Campus Crusade for Christ) and grown in my relationship with the Lord more than I would have ever anticipated.

I've had the awesome opportunity to participate in missions while in college to brazil, south africa, arlington tx, orlando, camp ozark, italy, miami and in my own college town.

So that's a little bit of the basics.. some more descriptive details of myself include the following: I love being outdoors- hiking, biking, playing a pick up games of any kind of sport is my jam. I'm oddly obsessed with sunsets. Bold coffee gets me going. Heart to hearts fuel my soul. My favorite place in this world is my family's camphouse tucked deep into the woods of Mississippi where the roads are made of dirt and no TV, phone, or dishwasher will be found. Spontaneity is a main ingredient to my daily activities. Dancing (motown perferably) is the best form of exercise. Competitiveness could be my middle name. A guitar can entertain me for hours. If something is challenging or dangerous, I'll be first in line. I'm an extroverted introvert- I enjoy being around people and meeting new faces yet that alone time is absolutely necessary. Live music is my weakness…

And I really really love Jesus- He is my Lord and Savior, best friend, comforter, deliverer, redeemer, refuge, my rock, my hope, and my source of life. With Him, I have everything. I am excited about the World Race as it offers the unique opportunity so fully rely on the Lord wholeheartedly. In America, I have been very blessed. If I need to go somewhere, I hop in my car; if I'm hungry or want a snack, I used my debit card to satisfy my craving; If I need a "pick me up", a double shot espresso from Starbucks does the trick. Its hard to fully depend on God for all my needs when it appears that my resources are endless (of course God ultimately supplies everything but I tend to forget that). I say "Jesus, You're all I need" but do i really know what that means? On the World Race, where "my" resources will be no where to be found. Dependency will be my only option which makes me all the more excited!!
