I’m going on the field again! What?!!
I have been asked to help co-lead another World Race Semesters (college-aged) mission trip this summer!
Where: Asheville, NC
When: month of July
What: mentor and disciple participants while serving in community outreach
We will be residing and partnering with a missional community in Asheville, called Excel Collective. Excel is a tight-knit community, which includes many World Race alumni who have come to Asheville to practically live out the gospel in their every day lives. Our time at Excel will be focused on helping them serve the community around them through community work projects, serving in the Black Mountain Home for Children cafe and thrift store, work projects for the elderly, and food-distribution for low-income families through Bounty & Soul, among other things.
I fly to Atlanta on June 25th to meet my co-leaders, then we will drive up to Asheville on June 29th, and our participants will arrive in Asheville on the 30th!
I’m so thankful for all your prayers and support on my past mission trips!
