Hi Everyone!
I hope that you will read this entire post, as I have some important information to tell you. Our race route has changed yet again, and we are heading to Istanbul, Turkey in the morning. We will be there for ten days before heading to Israel. We are so excited about this opportunity, but since Turkey and Israel are both closed countries, our communication will be very limited this month. I will not be posting any blogs and I will only be communicating with my family. The internet where we are going is monitored, so as much as I hate it, please do not email me this month! Also, please do not comment on this blog post or any of my other blogs. The comments you send get forwarded to my email, so that is why there can be no comments right now. And also, be careful about what you write on my facebook wall. It is okay to say hello and such, but please no “christianese” words, such as God, church, pray, etc. When we are out of the countries, I will write a blog and let you know communication is back open. Even though I can’t talk to you, I definitely still need your prayers! As we go into these countries, it is so comforting to know that I have a community back home constantly lifting me up.
On a lighter note, I have had a great week at the Awakening conference in Brasov, Romania. We have been together with all four world race squads, and it has been great to worship, pray, and recharge together. I wish I had more time to write about what I am learning, but I promise that when the month is over I will have several blogs ready to post! But know that God is doing so much in my life and I am growing in my confidence as a daughter of God. I am so grateful that I am having this experience.

I am also proud to announce that, after a fierce competion, I squad was named World Race dance champions!!! We were all pretty excited about this. I think it was our awesome costumes that won it for us in the end.
Oh, and one more thing. I finally recieved all of your cards, and I loved them so much! Thank you so much to everyone who took the time to send them to me. However, due to a new AIM policy, I will no longer be able to recieve mail. But know that I appreciated everything I recieved!
