Hey everyone!
Sorry I haven’t written much of an update yet, more will come at the end of this week/the beginning of next week! We officially start working with the Deliverance Church Ministry tomorrow, doing door-to-door evangelism as well as hospital visits, to pray over the patients. I am extremely excited to get messy with what I came here for- to bring the Kingdom! It is still surreal to me that living in Busia, Kenya is my reality, but it also comes easy to me. It’s brought with a peace that I know only comes from Jesus. It’s a peace brought through the servant heart of Reverend Gideon, through the love and joy in the children’s faces when they see us, through the kindness of Kenyan strangers stopping us just to tell us how welcome we are in their country. It’s beautiful and it makes me feel at home.
