For Month 11, our squad headed to the Philippines to work with the organiztion Kids International Ministries, or KIM for short.  The whole month was about fitting our ministry to our passions.  I mostly worked with the Expectant Mothers Ministry, which provides education, wellness checks and vitamins for pregnant women.  I also worked in the nursery with children ages 2 months to 4 years.  I won't go into great detail as it is late and we are leaving in the morning to go to the airport to head home to America.  I will however say that it was probably my favorite month on the Race, or at least tied with Bulgaria and Uganda.

I can't believe that 11 months have come and gone so quickly.  It's a bittersweet moment.  I'm so excited to see my family and friends, but I will miss the adventure, the ministry, and my new friends I have made this year.  It's been amazing year and a hard year, but God has remained fatihful and steadfast.  Many of my squadmates have been posting blogs about what's next.  I know people are going to ask me when I get home to Kansas, but honestly, I don't really know.  I have a few ideas and a few opportunities have come up, but I don't know which thing is the right thing, if any of them are.  But that's okay, I don't have to know right now.  Right now, I''m just looking forward to spending time with family and friends and seeing my X Squad family a couple of times this summer.  God has been so good this year.  Thanks for all your prayers and support.  I love you all!
