I left on the World Race in October of 2008.  In the next 11 months, I visited the Philippines, Hong Kong, China, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zanzibar, India, Ukraine, Romania, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua and Costa Rica!  It was a life-changing year, to be sure.  Check out the rest of my blog for stories from each country.

Since returning to the States in September of 2009, I’ve been continuing to do life and community with a bunch of fellow World Race Alumni.  I currently live in Port Huron, MI in a crazy, giant house with LOTS of crazy folks.  I felt the Lord calling me to continue to work with this ministry, to continue to wake up a generation to all that He is and all that He has for us.

So I have just gone on staff with the World Race as the Director of Real LIfe, the college-aged department.  We send 18-22 year olds all over the world for 3 months at a time to experience Jesus in a new place and in a new way.  If you’d like to check out Real Life, just head to adventures.org.
