i am on the most beautiful island in the philippines with the most amazing beach i have ever seen in my life and am with the most amazing people in the world. we do not, however, have running water for the most part. so this blog goes out to rick as proof that on the third real day of the trip, i am washing my clothes in the river with a rock. along with myself. i am so much more content than i ever imagined without running water and i am loving every minute here. there is more to come very soon i promise! this whole island is music to my soul, and i am so privileged to be ministering among these people from whom i am learning so much. including how to wash my clothes in the river.
