CAMP VISION
38 Families.
100+ People.
Living On Less than One Acre.
Sharing One Toilet.
Earning a Dollar a week.
Eating One Meal a Day.
FOR THE PAST THREE YEARS.
We have to go. We have seen these people’s needs and now we are responsible to help them. We have to do this apprenticeship for these people. AIM is going to supply us with the knowledge and education to work with these people overseas. They will teach us how to support-raise to fund projects we want to put in place. By having a solid foundation from the very beginning we believe we can help these people become self-sustainable.
We need your support to fulfill God’s vision. Please consider joining us. Without people like you, it would be nearly impossible to do this. Thank you so much for your prayers and support as we embark on this journey.
If you would like to give, it’s really simple. Any amount is helpful. All you have to do is click the Support Me link on the left, click staff support, and type in my name. Also, if you would like to receive updates on this blog, please click the Update Alerts link on the left and type in your email.
Where I am in the world…
I asked the Lord where He wanted me to be for the two months leading up to the Apprenticeship. He told me: Gainesville. I said, “Lord, I don’t have anywhere to live in Gainesville.” He told me that He would provide. Long story short, He provided a guest house through my sister’s host family’s friend of a friend 🙂 The family’s name is Froelich. God is good! I will be helping out with AIM training camps for groups they are sending out this fall, and I will also be substitute teaching until our Apprenticeship begins Oct. 25th.
