This thing all started with a God-sized dream and a need that Jenna,
Liz, Logan, and I saw in the Internally Displaced People
(IDP) camp while we were in Kenya in January-April of 2010. We moved to Gainesville, GA to work with AIM to do something about it. Our team was 4.

We prayed for others to join us, specifically for more
guys, and the Lord brought Matt Ruple onto the initiative. Matt had a similar
dream, and the Lord aligned our hearts with his.Our team was now 5.

Logan had a vision and felt like the Lord was saying that it
would be three guys and three girls going back to Kenya. Matt Patch joined this month. We are now a team of 6!

We are praying for more people to join us and expect the Lord to
add more as we continue in this journey. But for right now, we are a team of six working from Gainesville, GA toward going back to Kenya in May to help empower our friends at the IDP camps.

God is faithful, and He answers prayer. I’m glad He answered, ‘yes,’ to bringing more guys to the team. All glory to Him. 🙂
