Friends, family, supporters, anonymous…today I come to you with a heart full of joy and thankfulness. I can officially announce that I am fully funded for the World Race! WHAT?! HOW?! A question I myself cannot even begin to answer other than to say that God is so good and so faithful. Thinking back to this time last year, when I was just beginning the process of fundraising…I saw that first $50 come into my account with the “1% of your funds have been raised…” bar at the top and I suddenly felt so small. Thinking how on earth am I ever going to raise $16,000 dollars. But from that day on the Lord gave me a peace in my heart and softly whispered to me “He’s got this”. There may actually have been times when my mom was more concerned about the fundraising than I was. I remember those conversations quite clearly actually. She would ask what I was going to do to raise the money and I would reply with an umm I don’t know, but I’m not worried. I was confident in the fact that the Lord called me on this journey and that He would provide. And he did! Can I get an AMEN?! And maybe even a big Aggie WHOOP!?
Thank you so much to those who have taken part in the fundraising process through donations, purchasing t-shirts, ordering calligraphy prints, prayers, and words of encouragement. You are all such a huge part of my story on this race and for that I am eternally grateful!
If you are still feeling called to donate, there are a few girls on my team trying to meet the April 1 deadline of $11,000. I feel very strongly that the Lord has called each of them on this journey and I would hate for that to come to a close early because of financial reasons. I also know that if this is what God wants for them, then He will provide a way for them to continue their journey like he did for me. Below is a little bit about each of them and how they have impacted my life on the race thus far.
This is Katie Kastl, she is a bright shining star and makes me laugh from the moment I wake up to the moment I lay my head back on my pillow at night. Her smile and positive spirit get us through the tough days when home seems so far away. She is an amazing woman of God and I can already see the work he is doing in her life through the Race.

This is Sarah Isola, she has been such a role model and inspiration to me since day one. She is currently leading our team in Chile for Unsung Heros month and is someone I can go to with just about anything knowing that she will speak truth and life into me. She has a heart for Gods people and loves all things living [even cockroaches which I’ll never understand…] which goes to show just how big of a heart she has!

This is Kristy Ramsey, the mom of our team [or so she calls herself] J She sees things the way God sees things. She builds each of us up daily and has such a servant’s heart. She is always the first to offer her time and service to those in need and is constantly looking for something that she can do to help out and spread the kingdom.

Please prayerfully consider giving to these sweet teammates of mine! If you are wondering about the boys on team Kabod, they are all fully funded. So much praise! Thanks again for all that you have done in my journey, I hope that you will continue to see and read what the Lord is doing in us and through us this year!
With so much Love,
Kelley
