The last week and a half (or so) has been peppered with doubtful thoughts and some pretty serious anxiety. I have been lying awake in bed at night, wondering if deciding to take this journey was really the smartest idea. Additionally, I doubted whether anyone else thought I had made the right decision. I didn't even ask for reassurance, because I don't think I trusted that I would actually get it anyway. I just worried. I just sat there and worried.
But God is good, and sometimes gives us what we need when we don't even ask. He gives us what we need when we selfishly assume we're going to figure things out using our own wisdom and our own abilities alone.
But God is good. And you are his people.
