My name is Kelland and I have a heart for people, but more specifically I adore the elderly! My heart smiles when I see or interact with someone who has had a long life full of stories.
My heart is in Africa and always will be. After living in Botswana for two years the Lord nurtured a love within me for this continent. [I’m pretty obsessed with Africa!]

My relationship with the Lord is the most important thing to me and I am grateful for His love and patience.
I’ll finish Nursing school July 2015 and I am ecstatic about finally being in the health care profession. I would love to eventually work in geriatrics or be a nurse overseas.

Laughing is probably one of my favourite things to do and is so therapuetic!
I enjoy taking time to invest in people and hear their hearts as well as share mine with them.
The Christmas season is my favourite time of year and I listening to Christmas music year round.
I enjoy drinking a cup of tea and/or coffee at least once a day
I enjoy trying new foods, games, activities, etc.
I love organizing [my closet is colour coordinated]!
I love traveling – driving AND flying [trains are pretty fun too]!
I have lived in five different countries – USA, Botswana, Zambia, South Africa, Canada
I love being able to bask in the sun and soak up its warmth.
I’m addicted to drinking water! I just love it!
