To my friends and supporters,
I have postponed my launch date from July 2014 until July 2015. I decided to do this after receiving information from my school that greatly impacts my ability to graduate. They explained to me that if I take a leave of absence, I will not be grandfathered into the program and will need additional requirements. This would amount to about one extra year of course work. The extra time at school will not be covered by my scholarships, and I cannot afford to attend school without them. After I learned these facts, I consulted my parents and some other wise people in my life. Together we prayed and asked God what I should do.
Each of us agree 100% that God has called me to go on the World Race. We also believe He is sending me in July of 2015- the summer after my graduation. Adventures in Missions has approved my transfer and is supporting me in this change. All of the support funds I have received will remain in my account and will be used for my World Race trip.
I am very grateful for all of my support team and look forward to sharing the entire experience and process with you. It is important to me to keep you informed.
