So my older brother Andy graduated from College yesterday and He’s pretty awesome! Just check out the shirt the school gave him!
Andy graduated with a major in History and Religion!
And He graduated Summa Cum Laude!
According to Aurora University, Andy is a pretty special dude. All the professors in his department adore him and the president knows him by name and gave him a hug instead of a handshake when handing him his diploma.
He also had the Golden Ivy Award and was in a whole bunch of other honors, including the most prestigious award a student at an Illinois university can receive. He was the Lincoln Laurette.
While Andy was in college, He was on the leadership team for Invervarsity and was a Peer Adviser and a Spartan Ambassador.
They also let him speak at a whole bunch of official events!
Andy also spent a lot of time volunteering.
For graduation, Andy was able to talk to one of his heroes – Bob Goff!
But despite all the hard work Andy put into school, He also made a lot of good friends and had a lot of fun!
And He found some time to relax on the beach and have some adventures.
Next year, Andy his going to Dallas Theological Seminary (DTS) where he is going to turn another school upside down and earn his Masters in Theology in hopes to become a pastor.
I’m very proud of Andy and can’t wait to see what the rest of his life brings!
