I’m sorry it has been so long since I have last written! So many things have been going on, and it has taken over lately!
However, I just wanted to write some things that have been on my heart lately.
The things that have been happening in this world lately are unjustifiable. They are absolutely horrendous, and honestly scary. I’ve been thinking about our world a lot recently, and it has dawned on me that humanity has given up on God. There are people who have literally stopped believing in God because they think that He is the reason for all of this, and that “God has forgotten about us”. But that is not the case at all. Actually, the deaths, diseases, and political chaos doesn’t come from God. All the evil in this world comes straight from satan. I think people mistakenly believe that God is out to get us, and that God makes our loved ones sick with cancer, or that God allowed all of these shootings to happen, or that He allowed children to die. But what people are missing is that God doesn’t want us to hurt. He’s not punishing you. He doesn’t want us to be in pain, or agony. That doesn’t mean that God doesn’t test us, or put us through things that will make us stronger people. But cancer, murder, disease – none of that is from God. It is from the devil. You better believe, though, that God is NOT happy about the wickedness of men on this earth. People are giving in to the ways of this world and the society that we live in, and satan is behind it all.
What we’re missing is that all of this started because satan wanted to be God. God reminded satan that he would never be like God and cast him down to earth. God created us to conquer satan and to be warriors for God’s kingdom. God loves His children. God loves YOU. ALL of you. And because He loves us, satan absolutely hates us. BUT he’s very cunning, and knows what he’s doing. You know the word “discouragement”? Yeah, he created that word. He wants us to be discouraged so that we give up on the One who believes in us. The One who created us for good. The One who loves us.
Don’t get me wrong, it’s not like satan is winning. I won’t give him credit. He may be good at what he does, but God is better. God is so much stronger than that. Just because this world is messed up doesn’t mean God is losing. He comes in the clutch all the time. However, it’s easy to see the negativity around us and not see the good that God is doing anymore. But that’s when we fall into the trap the devil has set for us. “When they’re discouraged, they wont see God…they’ll be swallowed up by the darkness around them.” Um, tell satan to shove it. (Sorry, but seriously) When you’re discouraged, look to God. I’m tellin’ ya, He will never let you down. And if you think He is, you’ve got something mixed up.
It’s so important to stay incredibly strong in our faith. We are here to bring the Kingdom of God to earth. The more people we make this known to, the more this world will change and we will be that much closer to defeating the works of the devil for good.
Stay on your toes, pray like crazy, and LOVE people. Tell everyone you know the good news of Jesus Christ. He is the only way we’re going to find peace on this earth. It starts with God – and God is in you. Show people that. The devil doesn’t stand a chance.
Beloved people – Please be praying for our nation. For our country, those running it, and for our world. Don’t forget the importance in that.
Please also be praying for my squad. We are going to be spreading the Gospel all over the Nations and the devil is at work trying to find weaknesses in all of us to make it a really hard process. But nothing is impossible with God. Your prayers are SO powerful. We need you.
