This week has been so full of laughter, fun, and worship. We have been going to the care points all day and hanging out and playing with the kids. Many of them are full of laughter and smiles and all they ask for is just some love. My friend Parker and I may have 8 kids jumping on us at once but this is all about spreading love and making them feel loved. We play a mixture of games that include soccer, tag, and playing rhyme games with the girls. Everyday we get ourselves into something new and it makes for an exciting time.

One of my favorite evenings so far has been going to the Timbali Markert. On 6/16/19 our tea went over to a lady’s house named Julie who adopted a daughter here in eswatini. At her house she host the Timbali Markets, which is an event for the teams to come over and shop for crafts that have been made by the cooks that work at the care points we have been ministering at. Julie started this market because she wanted to be able to give the cooks a little extra income since all of the work at the care points is volunteer. My team and I were more than excited to shop and help the ladies that we see each day. That evening we also got to talk to other teams that have been here in Eswatini and hear about their experiences, while enjoying some pizza.

All in all this past week I have been overwhelmed with emotions by interacting with all the kids, cooks, elders, and shepherds at each care point. Everyday I am able to learn something new about a kid or the adults that we are surrounded by. I can’t wait to see how this next week goes.
