Random thoughts/events from Nicaragua thus far…
…Never did I ever think I would water crops with multiple PVC pipes
…………Never did I ever think I would eat a fried fish…with it's fins, scales, and head still connected and enjoy it
………Never did I ever think I would pull the meat off a chicken……..ummmmm off the neck of a chicken
…..We are having goat for Christmas…one of the goats they set free to eat the grass on the property in the morning
………….Never did I ever think I would swim in Lake Nicaragua and watch the sun set over the mountains
………I am such a hard worker…cough….that I broke a hoe digging a row for papaya trees
…………This month God has really screwed up my Spanish speaking skills for a week
…….I have eaten a combination of beans, rice, and platanos for every meal since being here
…………..Never did I ever think I would live on an island for a month
…….I live on a self sustaining property
………….We have three GIANT roaches living behind our sink
…….We have tables and chairs to eat at
…………We have a giant room with four people in it, a personal bathroom, and three fans

thing I know I am surrounded by goats

…………There is a section of a side walk that always has a huge cluster of mating bugs
