Throughout my time on the World Race I worked with many orphanages but one in particular stole my heart. Jireh in India.

The kids there have captured my heart forever and when I left I told them I would be back. Now I have the opportunity to do just that. I am going on an Encounter trip with Adventures in Missions to work in orphanage called Asha House for 9 days and then I am planning on spending a week at Jireh. Here is a picture of the children at Jireh.

I have such a big heart for orphans. Most of the orphans that I came in contact with while I was on the Race just wanted to be shown love.

This is Joyce. I met her in Kenya at an orphanage. I can remember her coming up to me and reaching out her arms. All she wanted was to be held. I held her for the rest of the afternoon. She held on to my neck tightly and did not want to let me go. It was so hard to leave her that day knowing that I may not be back.

Most orphans do not get to experience the love and attention that they deserve. I want to give these children a mother. I want to show them that they are not just loved but, they are CHERISHED and WORTHY OF LOVE.

At both of the orphanages in India most of the children there have come from the streets or very poor homes. If they would have been left in their homes they would have most likely been sex trafficked to make money for their family.

No child deserves that and yet it happens every day all around the world! Statistics says that every 18 seconds a child is trafficked and if only 7% of the 2 billion Christians in the world would care for ONE orphan there would effectively be

NO MORE ORPHANS!

Will you be a part of that 7% and help me show orphans that they are loved and they matter?

How can you help?

First and foremost prayer and secondly prayerfully consider partnering with me financially and be a part of what God is doing in India.

In order to go to India in July I need to raise $2,900. $980 of that by May 15th.

You can support me with a one-time donation by clicking on the link to the left that says, “Support Me.”

You can also send a check to Adventures In Missions and put Kaysie Studdard in the Memo Line and mail to:

I will be eternally grateful to you for being a part of my story and you will impact the lives of many orphans.
